Remodelling Garments with Purpose
Every project begins with an assessment of the garment, its construction, and the fabric available for reuse. That review helps define what can be changed, what should stay in place, and where the material may limit the final result.
For dresses, skirts, shirts, and jackets, the workshop develops a concept that reflects the garment’s structure and the requested fit. If additional materials are needed, they are quoted separately after the review, and the concept is only moved forward once approved.

Upcycling can also turn selected fabric into practical accessories, giving strong sections of the original piece a second life. Where suitable materials are available, matching thread or trims may be used, but availability is always confirmed first.
The process is designed to stay realistic from the start. Completion timing depends on the project scope and workshop capacity, and the finished piece is checked again at collection so any small final adjustment can be handled carefully.
